Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of FlareBar ("the app"), developed by Yash Baheti. By using FlareBar, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FlareBar on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store's terms.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Cloudflare API tokens
  • Ensuring your use of Cloudflare's API complies with their terms of service
  • Any activity that occurs using credentials you provide to the app

We recommend using a read-only API token with minimal permissions.

Intellectual Property

FlareBar and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yash Baheti and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Cloudflare, Workers, D1, KV, R2, Pages, and related trademarks are the property of Cloudflare, Inc. FlareBar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cloudflare, Inc.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FlareBar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yash Baheti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the app
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the app

Purchases and Refunds

FlareBar offers in-app purchases processed by Apple. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds—contact Apple for refund requests.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. We will post the new terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
