FlareBar ("we", "our", "the app") is developed by Yash Baheti. This policy describes how we handle your information.
Information We Collect
FlareBar collects and stores the following data locally on your device:
- Cloudflare API tokens you provide
- Cloudflare account identifiers
- Resource metadata fetched from Cloudflare's API (Workers, D1 databases, KV namespaces, R2 buckets, Pages projects, Domains)
- Your app preferences and settings
How We Store Your Data
Your Cloudflare API token is stored in your Mac's Keychain, the secure credential storage provided by macOS. Resource metadata and preferences are stored locally in the app's sandboxed container.
No data is stored on our servers. We do not operate any backend services.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, transmit, or have access to:
- Personal identifying information
- Usage analytics or telemetry
- Crash reports (unless you choose to share via Apple)
- Your Cloudflare account contents, credentials, or billing information
Third-Party Services
FlareBar communicates with the following third-party services:
- Cloudflare API (api.cloudflare.com): To fetch your resources using the API token you provide. Your use of Cloudflare is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store: To process purchases. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
Your data remains on your device until you remove your account from FlareBar or delete the app. We have no ability to delete your data remotely because we never receive it.
Children's Privacy
FlareBar is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the effective date.
